By creating an account and using YieldX, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. Demo Trading Environment
YieldX is currently operating as a demo trading platform. All tokens (YCX and COM) are demonstration assets with no real-world value. Trading activities are for educational and demonstration purposes only.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
4. Demo Token Allocation
New users receive 1,000 YCX demo tokens upon account creation. These tokens are for demonstration purposes only and cannot be exchanged for real value.
5. Referral Program
Users may earn bonus demo tokens through our referral program. Both referrer and referee receive 100 YCX demo tokens when a new user signs up with a valid referral code.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users may not attempt to exploit, hack, or manipulate the platform. Any suspicious activity may result in account suspension or termination.
7. Data Privacy
We collect and store minimal user information necessary for platform operation. Your trading data is private and secure, protected by industry-standard encryption.
8. Platform Updates
YieldX is in active development. Features, terms, and conditions may be updated as we prepare for mainnet launch. Users will be notified of significant changes.
9. Limitation of Liability
YieldX is provided "as is" for demonstration purposes. We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from use of the platform during the demo phase.
